16 Arrested in Wirt County Drug Bust Operation Blackjack

Elizabeth residents charged in major illegal drugs probe

ELIZABETH, W.Va. — Sixteen residents of the Elizabeth area have been charged as part of a months-long illegal drug investigation known as Operation Blackjack, the Wirt County Prosecutor’s Office announced this week.

Multiple law enforcement agencies collaborated on the investigation and the subsequent arrests, targeting a network involved in illegal drug activities.
