HOPKINSVILLE, KY — A man wanted for a parole violation and auto theft was arrested alongside a woman following a surveillance operation and police pursuit on July 7, 2025.
Deputies from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office located William Webster, 33, and Cierra White, 34, near Westwood Drive and Boxwood Drive after tracking Webster to the Evergreen Apartments. Webster was wanted for fleeing a pursuit the previous day, during which he crashed a stolen vehicle into a cornfield, causing $3,000 in damage.
Classified as armed and dangerous, Webster was found hiding in a vehicle driven by White. The vehicle had illegal window tint and lacked verified insurance. During a traffic stop, White refused to lower the windows fully and was not wearing a seatbelt. Deputies found brass knuckles, a blackjack, and two handguns, including one loaded with restricted hollow-point ammunition. Webster, a convicted felon, resisted arrest but was eventually subdued and later admitted to fleeing due to his parole violation.
Webster faces multiple charges, including:
Criminal Mischief (1st Degree)
Theft by Unlawful Taking (Auto $10,000–$1M)
Fleeing or Evading Police (1st Degree, Vehicle)
Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon
Using Restricted Ammo During Felony
Resisting Arrest, and several traffic offenses
White was charged with:
Hindering Prosecution (2nd Degree)
Carrying a Concealed Weapon
Excessive Window Tint
Lack of Insurance
Seatbelt Violation
Both suspects were booked into the Christian County Jail, and Webster was served his parole violation warrant.
