Whitney Lane Hall Arrested for Identity Fraud, Multiple Charges

Shelby woman faces felony and misdemeanor charges in Lenoir

LENOIR, N.C. — On Tuesday, September 16, 35-year-old Whitney Lane Hall of Cedar Circle Drive, Shelby, was arrested by Lenoir Police Officers on multiple charges.

Hall faces felony charges including identity fraud, obtaining property by false pretense, and failure to appear on a felony. She is also charged with misdemeanors such as resisting, delaying, and obstructing a public officer, obtaining an ID using false information, larceny, and shoplifting.

Following her arrest, Hall was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center and held under a $30,000 secured bond. No court date has been scheduled.
