TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — Four people have been arrested for crimes against an elderly couple in Tulsa County, according to authorities.

Wesley Moheng, 36; his girlfriend, Tasha Tygart, 38; Corey Carter, 18; and Brenda English, 61, were arrested Monday evening by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators say the suspects were charged with exploitation and abuse of the elderly couple. In 2024, Moheng, Tygart, and Carter moved into the home of the couple under the pretense of managing their bank accounts and credit cards.

Instead, deputies say the trio spent the couple’s money and, with English’s assistance as a notary, fraudulently claimed ownership of the couple’s home, vehicles, and a dump trailer. The total value of stolen money and property is estimated at approximately $400,000.

Moheng and Carter are also accused of physically assaulting the elderly male victim. Authorities emphasized that these arrests are not convictions and the investigation remains ongoing.
