Warren Scarborough Arrested for 3rd Degree Arson in Petal
Two vehicles burned overnight; investigation ongoing
PETAL, Miss. – Warren Scarborough, 38, has been arrested and charged with 3rd Degree Arson involving personal property, a felony offense, according to the Petal Police Department.
Scarborough was taken into custody on Saturday and booked into the Forrest County Adult Detention Center at approximately 5 p.m. Authorities have not yet set a bond, and he has not made his first court appearance.
WDAM received a tip early Saturday reporting that two vehicles caught fire overnight in Petal. It remains unclear whether these incidents are directly connected to Scarborough’s arrest. The Petal Police Department has been contacted for further details.
