Arkansas State Police Special Agents arrested Tilton Hill, 50, of Warren, on multiple felony charges following a serious incident earlier this week.
Hill faces charges of rape, kidnapping, and aggravated burglary related to an event reported on September 10. The Warren Police Department responded to a 911 call from a Pine Street resident who was with the 20-year-old victim. The investigation involved assistance from the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division.
Hill was already in custody at the Dallas County Detention Center on unrelated charges when these new charges were filed. His bond has been set at $1 million.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
