Man faces drug possession and trespassing charges

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Walter III Snell was arrested Thursday afternoon by the West Palm Beach Police Department following allegations of drug possession and trespassing, according to official booking records.

Snell, a Black male, was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and trespassing on property in violation of posted notice. The arrest was recorded under Report No. 346710 and published at 3:03 p.m. on January 1, 2026.

Authorities have not released additional details regarding the type of substance involved, the circumstances of the trespassing, or whether any injuries or other criminal activity occurred.
