OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. — A narcotics search warrant executed by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force on Wednesday resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and multiple items of drug paraphernalia at a residence on 15 Elm Avenue SE in Fort Walton Beach.
The coordinated operation led to the arrest of five individuals, now facing a range of drug-related charges:
Walter Robinson, 61 – Keeping a public nuisance
Tiffany Scarbrough, 37 – Possession of methamphetamine, keeping a public nuisance
Rebecca Schultz, 32 – Possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a search warrant
Caleb Boone, 40 – Possession of drug paraphernalia
Johnathan Hodge, 37 – Possession of drug paraphernalia
The search warrant and arrests were part of a multi-agency effort involving:

Crestview Police Department
Niceville Police Department
Authorities say the location had become a known hub of illegal narcotics activity, prompting the investigation and search.
