Vienna Couple Arrested After Large Drug and Weapons Bust

Justin and Macy Arnote face multiple charges following Maries County search

VIENNA, Mo. — Two people are in custody after a search of their home in Vienna uncovered significant amounts of drugs and firearms, authorities said.

On September 12, 2025, deputies from the Maries County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant. Investigators discovered:

Basement: 750 grams of dried psilocybin mushrooms, 73 THC vape cartridges, and a 9mm Taurus handgun.

First floor: 780 grams of marijuana and 75 grams of Xanax pills.

Bedroom closet: a .22 caliber Rossi rifle, a .22 Mossberg rifle, a 30-06 Marlin rifle, and another 9mm Taurus pistol.

A child living in the home was taken into the custody of Missouri’s Children’s Division.

Justin and Macy Arnote were each charged with:

Two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance

Two counts of Deliver Controlled Substance

One count of First Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child / Creating Substantial Risk

Both are being held without bond at the Maries County Jail.
