A man has been indicted on human trafficking charges in Rowan County, Kentucky, after authorities say he subjected a minor to commercial sex activity.
According to an indictment filed on February 7, 2025, in Rowan Circuit Court, Victor R. Littleton is charged with human trafficking involving a victim under 18. The charge stems from an incident that allegedly occurred on November 29, 2024, where Littleton is accused of using force, fraud, or coercion to exploit the minor.
Littleton was arrested on March 9, 2025, by the Fleming County Sheriff’s Department after a warrant for his arrest was issued. Deputies stopped him while he was driving a black Ford F-150 and took him into custody based on the outstanding Rowan County warrant. He was then transported to the Rowan County Detention Center.
Human trafficking convictions involving minors carry a potential sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison.
