Velankanni police have arrested Greaton alias Rosary Greaton, the prime accused in the 2022 murder of financier Manohar from Poigainallur South. Greaton, a resident of Ariyanattu Street, Velankanni, had been evading arrest since 2023.
The murder, captured on CCTV, initially led to the arrest of 16 people linked to the crime. However, Greaton, identified as the mastermind behind the attack, managed to remain on the run until now. Police confirmed that further investigation is ongoing to conclude the remaining aspects of the case.
