Hammond Teen Arrested on 64 Child Pornography Charges
A 19-year-old Nigerian man, Ugochukwu Chukwudi, has been arrested in Hammond, Louisiana, on 64 counts of child pornography, the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office (TPSO) announced.

The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force launched an investigation in March after uncovering illicit videos of sexually exploited minors uploaded to an online cloud service.
Detectives identified Chukwudi as the source of the uploads, leading to his arrest on March 31. An analysis of his electronic devices revealed 64 illegal videos, with most victims under 13.
Charges & Legal Action
Chukwudi has been charged with:
41 counts of pornography involving juveniles under 13
23 counts of pornography involving minors over 13
The investigation was conducted in collaboration with Attorney General Liz Murrill’s office, TPSO, and the Hammond Police Department.
Authorities have not ruled out additional charges as the case progresses.
