Udupi Police Arrest Five for Attempted MDMA Sale Near Maravanthe

Five men caught with banned MDMA drugs in Udupi coastal area

The CEN police of Udupi have arrested five individuals for attempting to sell banned MDMA drugs near Maravanthe beach. The accused have been identified as Abrar Sheikh (22), Mohammad Ismail Farhan (25), Mohammad (26), Nauman (27), and Sajjad Mustaqim (21).

Police seized 15.59 grams of MDMA, valued at Rs 78,000, along with a car worth Rs 11,28,000 and five mobile phones from the accused during the arrest.

The police continue their efforts to curb drug trafficking in the region.
