DAVENPORT, Iowa — A Davenport woman who was arrested after a planned fight in September has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the incident.
24-year-old Tyrae Caswell entered a guilty plea to disorderly conduct on October 8, according to Scott County Court records. A related charge of unlawful assembly was dismissed at sentencing.
Caswell was sentenced to 14 days in the Scott County Jail, to be served concurrently with sentences in two other cases but consecutively to two additional cases. The sentence will be served at an in-patient substance abuse treatment facility, and she must provide proof of completing 21 days of treatment.
Caswell was one of several people arrested on September 15 after police said they participated in a planned fight involving multiple individuals near Hilltop Grocery & Spirits in Davenport.
