LIVINGSTON PARISH, LA — A Denham Springs man is facing serious charges after allegedly stalking and secretly recording women at retail locations across Livingston Parish.

Tyler Washington, 23, was arrested by the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office on four counts of stalking and four counts of video voyeurism. Authorities say the arrest follows multiple complaints about a man covertly photographing and filming female shoppers at Walmart stores and other outlets in the Juban Crossing area.

According to Sheriff Jason Ard, Washington was seen on surveillance footage visiting these locations several times a week over the past few months. He allegedly altered his appearance to avoid detection, frequently changing hairstyles, wearing glasses, and using hats as disguises.

“This guy was secretly filming females on a regular basis,” said Sheriff Ard. “We have surveillance video of him in action. He went to great lengths to avoid being caught.”

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are urging the public to come forward with any relevant information.

Washington remains in custody as the investigation continues.
