Two Suspects Arrested in 2022 Severn Murder of Naim Addison

Dontravious Johnson and Francis Koroma Charged in Fatal Shooting

by Sophia Bennett

Nearly two and a half years after the fatal shooting of 20-year-old Naim Rashid Addison in Severn, Anne Arundel County Police arrested two more suspects in the case. Dontravious Johnson, 19, of Annapolis, and Francis Bella Koroma Jr., 20, of Greenbelt, were arrested on February 4, 2025, at their homes.

Addison was found in a tan 2008 Honda Civic with multiple gunshot wounds on August 21, 2022, and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Police initially believed the shooting was targeted, and in March 2023, Vanae Lewis, 18, of Severn, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

Johnson and Koroma now face charges including first-degree murder, armed robbery, and firearm-related offenses. Despite the arrests, the case remains under investigation. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Anne Arundel County Police Homicide Unit.
