Two Pennsylvania Men Arrested in Human Trafficking Sting Operation

Keith Manwiller and Mathew Koroma face charges related to attempting to engage in sex trafficking of minors

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — On Thursday, two men from central Pennsylvania were arrested following an undercover sting operation led by the Berks County Human Trafficking Task Force. The operation targeted the illegal sex trade involving minors.

Detectives placed advertisements on websites known for sexual advertising and arranged meetings with individuals who responded, agreeing to pay for sex with juveniles at undisclosed locations within Berks County.

Keith Manwiller, 49, of Hummelstown, and Mathew Koroma, 23, of Sinking Spring, were both arrested and charged with trafficking individuals, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal attempt to corrupt minors, and criminal attempt statutory sexual assault.

Both men have been held on $100,000 bail. The investigation continues as part of ongoing efforts to combat child exploitation and trafficking in the region.
