Two Pennsylvania Men Arrested for Walmart Theft in Horseheads, NY

Donald Painter and Emanuel Vazquez charged with stealing $14,000 in merchandise

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WETM) – Two men from Pennsylvania have been arrested following the theft of over $14,000 worth of merchandise from a Walmart in Horseheads, New York.

According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, Donald A. Painter, 19, and Emanuel G. Vazquez, 18, were charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a Class E felony. The arrests occurred on Wednesday, July 9.

Officials say Painter and Vazquez, along with two unnamed minors, stole 56 items from the store. Both men were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
