Two Men Charged in Maryland Child Sex Trafficking Case

Two Juvenile Girls Rescued in Multi-State Investigation

by Sophia Bennett

MARYLAND (WBFF) — Two men have been arrested on human trafficking charges after a Maryland State Police Child Recovery Unit investigation led to the rescue of two juvenile girls.

Deion Taurence Philip, 32, of New York, and Antoine Miles, 57, of Maryland, were charged with sex trafficking of a minor and related offenses.

The investigation began in September 2025 when Maryland State Police, working with the Baltimore County Police Vice/Narcotics Unit and the FBI, discovered that a young girl was being advertised online for sexual acts. She was located at a hotel in Towson and identified as a critically missing juvenile.

On November 4, Philip was arrested at a residence in Hanover, Pennsylvania, where investigators also found another missing juvenile girl believed to be a trafficking victim.
Miles was arrested two days later at an airport in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Philip is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, while Miles remains in custody in Minnesota awaiting extradition.

Authorities believe there may be additional victims and encourage anyone with information to contact investigators at 410-694-4700. All calls can remain confidential.
