MOBILE, AL — Two men are facing charges of organized retail theft following a police response to a disturbance at Love Bistro and Lounge on the night of May 5.
Mobile Police Department officers were called to the venue around 9:25 p.m. and discovered one of the suspects connected to a previous theft case. They arrested Ennis Smith, 24, and Deon Patterson, 25, in connection with the incident.
Authorities have not released further details about the nature of the theft, but both men were booked and charged with organized retail theft.
The investigation is ongoing.
