Dededo, Guam — A routine police surveillance operation on Route 16 in Dededo led to the arrest of two men facing serious drug and theft charges.
Police stopped a suspicious vehicle and discovered over 13 grams of crystal meth, clear baggies prepared for distribution, and drug paraphernalia—some cleverly hidden inside the car’s dashboard.
The driver, John Joseph Aflleje Crisostomo, admitted to not having a license. Passenger Randelle Bisona Espulgar claimed the methamphetamine “just showed up” under the car’s hood. However, investigators found text messages revealing Crisostomo had asked Espulgar for drugs.
Espulgar is also connected to a $2,100 credit card fraud case from May and was already out on pretrial release for a 2023 drug charge.
Both men now face multiple felony and misdemeanor charges as the investigation continues.
