Two Men Arrested for Stealing Traffic Camera in Knoxville

Kenneth Bingham and Kevin Milhollin charged with theft in Knox County

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Two men were arrested and charged with theft after stealing a traffic camera in Knox County, according to arrest records.

Detectives were informed that a traffic camera located at the intersection of Schaad Road and Pleasant Ridge Road had been taken down by two unknown individuals. Subsequent review of recovered video footage helped police identify the suspects.

Authorities identified 60-year-old Kenneth Bingham and 46-year-old Kevin Milhollin as the men responsible. Police tracked down Bingham and the truck involved in the theft. Bingham admitted to stealing the camera along with Milhollin.

Both men were arrested and charged with theft, according to the report.
