Police arrested Rishad K.M., a native of Kochi, and C.P.K. Nadeem from Thalassery after seizing narcotics from a hotel near the old bus stand on Thursday.
Acting on a tip-off, the police conducted a surprise inspection at the hotel where the accused were staying. When they refused to open the room, officers forcibly entered and recovered 15.49 grams of MDMA, 3.07 grams of hashish oil, and 5.61 grams of cannabis.
The duo has been taken into custody, and investigations are ongoing.
