HOLTON, Kan. — Jade Renee Graf, 33, and Gary Ray Hards, 26, were arrested Thursday by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office during an alleged methamphetamine delivery in Holton.
Sheriff Tim Morse said the arrests are part of a multi-month investigation into methamphetamine distribution in Jackson County, conducted in collaboration with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
Deputies intercepted a pickup truck near 4th and Arizona, believing the suspects were delivering methamphetamine from Topeka. A quantity of meth was seized at the scene.
Charges
Jade Renee Graf faces 18 charges, including:
Distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school (3.5–<100 grams) Possession of methamphetamine Use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia Taxation violations related to controlled substances Use of a communication facility during a felony drug violation Probation violation Gary Ray Hards faces charges for: Possession of methamphetamine Possession of marijuana Use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office expects additional arrests and charges as the investigation continues. Both suspects were booked into the Jackson County Jail.
