Two Arrested in Augusta ATM Burglary Case

Suspects held at Kennebec County Jail without bail

AUGUSTA, Maine — Two men are in custody following a burglary alarm at an ATM at Connected Credit Union on Civic Center Drive, Augusta Police Chief Kevin Lully confirmed.

Moises Alejandro Martinez Gutierre faces charges of criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools. Lester Gutter is charged with receiving stolen property, attaching false plates, operating without a license, and refusing to identify himself.

Both suspects are being held at the Kennebec County Jail without bail as the investigation continues.
