Tuscaloosa Woman Arrested for Stealing $208K from Construction Company

Natasha Oliver faces multiple felony theft charges in Tuscaloosa County

TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, Ala. — Natasha Oliver, a 50-year-old woman from Tuscaloosa County, has been arrested for allegedly stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a local construction company where she worked as a manager.

According to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Department, Oliver stole around $208,000 from the company between November 2023 and November 2024. Authorities said she accessed one of the company’s financial accounts and used her position to transfer funds over the course of a year.

Sergeant Josh Hastings explained, “What she was able to do was access one of the accounts and was able to access funds that way using various financial access tools.”

Oliver was arrested on the job at the construction company in Duncanville. Court records show she has posted a $100,000 bond. She now faces multiple felony theft charges.
