Fletcher, N.C. — Two individuals, already facing charges for a trailer theft, were arrested again after committing a similar crime just weeks later, according to Fletcher Police.
Tucker Holton and Jessica Hoglen were initially arrested on November 22 for the theft of one trailer and the attempted theft of a second from two different hotels. Holton faced charges including larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, attempted felony larceny, felony conspiracy, and injury to property. Hoglen was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony conspiracy. Holton was released from jail on December 12.
However, on December 18, police were called to the Cane Creek Industrial Park area in Fletcher, where a trailer and a Polaris Ranger were reported stolen. Investigators quickly connected the crime to Holton and Hoglen, who were found in Buncombe County with the stolen property.
Both individuals have now been charged with two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and felony conspiracy in Henderson County. Additional charges are anticipated in Buncombe County as the investigation continues.
