SAND SPRINGS, OKLA. — A 20-year-old woman, Tsalie Lee, was arrested Tuesday afternoon following a series of violent crimes and break-ins in the West Tulsa County area of Sand Springs.
The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple emergency calls beginning at 12:45 p.m. The first was from the 1700 block of West 4th Street, where a witness reported a woman attempting to break into a house and vehicle. The suspect allegedly threatened to kill the caller when confronted.
Soon after, another call from the 1900 block of West 4th Street reported a vehicle being stolen and driven recklessly, nearly hitting a pole.
The same suspect then reportedly exited the stolen vehicle, grabbed a Shepherd’s hook, and smashed a front door, shattering glass and injuring the resident inside.
Deputies arrived quickly and arrested Tsalie Lee at the scene. Further investigation revealed additional homes and vehicles in the area had been vandalized, with broken windows reported.
Lee faces multiple charges, including:
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
First and second-degree burglary
Larceny of an automobile
Threatening a violent act
She is currently booked in jail pending further legal proceedings.
