Trevor Ryan Moss Arrested After High-Speed Chase in Guam
The Guam Police Department (GPD) has arrested Trevor Ryan Moss following a dangerous car chase and foot pursuit on Wednesday evening. According to GPD’s Thursday press release, Moss faces multiple charges including reckless driving, eluding a police officer, and resisting arrest.
The incident began around 7:51 p.m. on Route 28 in Dededo, when an officer attempted to stop a sedan driven by Moss. Although the vehicle initially pulled over, it quickly sped off, leading officers on a chase through several major routes including Route 16 and Route 14A.
During the pursuit, Moss’s vehicle suffered two flat tires — one from a curb impact — yet he continued driving with rims sparking, endangering other motorists. The chase concluded near the Pacific Islands Club Guam when Moss drove into oncoming traffic and finally stopped near an ABC Stores parking lot.
Moss then exited the vehicle and fled on foot but was quickly caught by Dededo Precinct officers. He was taken to Guam Regional Medical City for medical treatment.
A search of the vehicle revealed a makeshift glass pipe containing suspected methamphetamine residue. Moss was booked and confined to the Department of Corrections. The case has been forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General for review.
