TOWANDA, Pa. (WETM) – Christopher M. Clark, a 53-year-old man from Towanda, has been sentenced to a minimum of 90 days in the Bradford County Correctional Facility and enrolled in the Bradford County Treatment Court Program after being found guilty of burglary.

Clark was convicted of first-degree felony burglary following an investigation by Towanda Borough Police. He was accused of breaking into a family member’s home and stealing beer.

As part of his sentence, Clark will participate in the Bradford County Treatment Program for two years, during which he will attend weekly court sessions, undergo random drug and alcohol tests, wear an electronic monitor to track his whereabouts, and attend drug and alcohol counseling and AA meetings.

If Clark fails to comply with the conditions of the program or his probation, he risks having his sentence revoked and may face a more severe punishment, including time in state prison.
