The Toronto Police Service has arrested a 60-year-old hairdresser in connection with a sexual assault investigation, raising concerns that there may be more victims.
Incident Details
Authorities allege that Rolando Sese, the owner of a salon called “Miss Agot” near Bathurst Street and Wilson Avenue, sexually assaulted a male youth who had visited his salon for a haircut on Friday, March 7, 2025.
Sese was arrested on Saturday, March 8, 2025, and charged with Sexual Assault. He appeared in court the following day at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 10 Armoury Street.
Additional Allegations and Second Arrest
Further investigations revealed that between January 2023 and January 2025, another male youth had been visiting the same salon for haircuts and was allegedly sexually assaulted multiple times by Sese.
As a result, Sese was arrested again on Friday, March 14, 2025, and charged with:

Sexual Assault
He appeared in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Ongoing Investigation
Police state that Sese has worked as a hairdresser across Toronto for many years and fear that there may be additional victims. Authorities have released an image of the accused and urge anyone with relevant information to come forward.
