The Riley County Police Department has arrested three suspects in connection with an aggravated robbery reported on December 3, 2025, in Manhattan, Kansas.
Officers were called to the 700 block of Allen Road around 5:19 p.m., where a 23-year-old man reported being assaulted by three unknown males who stole his handgun. The estimated loss was approximately $150.
Following further investigation, police identified and arrested three suspects:
Terrion Toliver, 18, of Manhattan, was arrested on December 4 at 11:56 p.m. for aggravated robbery. He received a $150,000 bond and remains in the Riley County Jail.
Isaiah Ellis, 16, of Manhattan, was arrested earlier the same evening at 10:18 p.m. for aggravated robbery. He was issued no bond and is held at the North Central Kansas Juvenile Detention Facility.
Noah McFadden, 17, of Manhattan, was arrested on December 5 at 12:48 a.m. for aggravated robbery. He was also issued no bond and is being held at the same juvenile detention facility.
The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
