The Shahkot police have successfully arrested two men, Titu and Lovi, for allegedly snatching cash and a smartphone from a woman. The incident occurred when Sandeep Kaur, a resident of Dhandhowal village, reported that the accused had forcibly taken Rs 10,000 and her smartphone from her.
According to the victim, the two miscreants, identified as Titu and Lovi from Nagal Ambian village, approached her and snatched her belongings before fleeing the scene.
Upon receiving the complaint, the Shahkot police took immediate action, registering a case against the accused. The police are currently investigating the matter further.
The arrest of Titu and Lovi marks a significant step in addressing theft-related incidents in the region, and the police are working towards resolving similar cases.
