Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu: Kannamangalam police arrested four persons on Tuesday for allegedly stealing gold ornaments from an elderly woman near Arani town.
The arrested suspects have been identified as:
K. Rajkumar, 37, Padavedu village
V. Rajasekar, 26, Padavedu village
B. Kamal, 26, Padavedu village
R. Suriya, 24, native of Sivaganga district
Police stated that the gang targeted the elderly victim and stole her gold ornaments, and investigations are ongoing to determine if they were involved in other similar thefts in the region.
