MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 29-year-old convicted felon, Timothy Dannell Hobson, was arrested by the Memphis Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit on August 29 after officers discovered drugs, firearms, and a stolen vehicle in his possession.
Hobson faces a total of 17 charges, including:
Two counts each of manufacturing, delivering, and selling cocaine, fentanyl, and marijuana
Possession of methamphetamine
Two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia
Possession of Alprazolam (an anti-anxiety medication)
Theft of property between $10,000 and $60,000
Theft of property under $2,500
Five counts of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm
Authorities say Hobson was found with a stolen vehicle and multiple controlled substances during the operation. He is being held on a $380,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday at 9 a.m.
