A Parkersburg man, Timothy Aric Fulks, is facing multiple drug charges after a search warrant was executed at his home on Hemlock Street.
On April 30, the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force, in collaboration with the Parkersburg SWAT Team, carried out the warrant as part of a drug distribution investigation. During the search, agents discovered 40 grams of suspected fentanyl, an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia at the residence.
As a result, Fulks was charged with the delivery of fentanyl and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. This is Fulks’ second offense. He was arraigned and received a $300,000 bond. Fulks is currently being held at the North Central Regional Jail.
