A Michigan man has been sentenced to prison for federal drug offenses in Huntington, West Virginia.
Timothy D. Luckett, 33, also known as “Fetty” and “Jack Boi,” of Detroit, was sentenced on March 16, 2026, to 14 years in prison followed by five years of parole for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and a quantity of fentanyl.
Court documents indicate that on May 21, 2025, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a Huntington residence on Rotary Road. Officers discovered approximately 454 grams of methamphetamine and around 2.5 grams of fentanyl on digital scales, along with about 50 grams of fentanyl in a backpack. Two loaded handguns, a rifle, ammunition, and roughly $7,278 in cash were also recovered from the home, with $380 found on Luckett.
Luckett admitted during his guilty plea that he used the residence to store and distribute controlled substances, and that the cash recovered was derived from methamphetamine sales. He also confessed to selling 7.6 grams of fentanyl to a confidential informant in Huntington on November 8, 2023, for approximately $800.
The United States Attorney’s Office, with the FBI, DEA, and Cabell County Sheriff’s Office, announced the sentencing and commended law enforcement for their efforts on the case.
