18-year-old Timarius Forest has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting on Fairfax Avenue in Jackson, Mississippi, last November. Forest has been charged with capital murder and attempted armed robbery.
On Thursday, Forest received a $250,000 bond for the attempted armed robbery charge, while he was denied bond for the capital murder charge.
