WEST PARK, Fla. – A 41-year-old woman has been arrested following a hit-and-run crash that authorities say was driven by personal revenge.
Tiffany Morrison was taken into custody Monday night at her home in West Park by a Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy. According to the arrest report, Morrison was driving a black 2015 Honda Accord when she intentionally crashed into another vehicle near SW 46th Avenue and 25th Street.
The male victim, who owns a mechanic shop and both damaged vehicles, told deputies that Morrison was upset because he had asked her to return the Honda Accord, which he had loaned her roughly six months prior.
Morrison allegedly fled the scene after the crash. She was later charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, and driving with a suspended license. Her total bond was set at $6,500.
Broward County Circuit Court Judge Marina Garcia-Wood is presiding over the case.
