Basistha Police carried out a successful drug-busting operation and arrested three women for their alleged involvement in narcotics trafficking. The accused have been identified as Jahanara Begum, Sakina Khatun, and Asha Begum.
During the operation, police recovered six kilograms of ganja from their possession. The arrests were made as part of a targeted crackdown on illegal drug trade in the area.
All three women were taken into custody, and the seized contraband has been sent for further examination. Police have launched an investigation to trace the source of the drugs and identify any other individuals linked to the trafficking network.
