Three men from Rochester were arrested on Wednesday afternoon after deputies responded to an active theft at Macy’s inside Eastview Mall in Victor.
The suspects—Fernon Beardsley-Ramos, 23, Argenis Hernandez Martinez, 28, and Jadiel Obe Escalera, 25—were charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary. Investigators said that the three men exited the store without paying for merchandise, bypassing all points of sale.
Martinez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date. Meanwhile, Ramos and Escalera were taken to Ontario County Jail for Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP).
In addition to the charges, authorities have banned all three men from Eastview Mall property
