COLERAIN, Ohio (WXIX) — Authorities have charged three men in connection with the 2023 double homicide of a pregnant woman and her unborn child in Colerain Township, according to the Colerain Police Department.

Robert Ervin, 20, Kayvon Warren, 30, and Lamar Morris Suggs, 22, each face two counts of murder in the death of 26-year-old India Kinamore and her unborn baby.

On March 4, 2023, just after 4:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting on the 2000 block of Hiddenmeadows Drive. When officers arrived, they found Kinamore fatally shot. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators later confirmed that Kinamore was in the late stages of pregnancy at the time of the shooting, prompting the filing of double murder charges.

Ervin and Warren were taken into custody and booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center, where they appeared in court and were each issued a $600,000 bond. Suggs is currently serving time with the Ohio Department of Corrections on an unrelated charge.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have not released further details about the motive or circumstances surrounding the shooting.
