UTICA, N.Y. — Three people were arrested after Utica Police discovered suspected cocaine and open alcohol containers during a traffic stop on Cornelia Place as part of a narcotics investigation.

According to the Utica Police Department, officers conducted the stop on October 8 and found a loose white substance believed to be cocaine, along with a larger quantity inside a bag.

All three occupants were detained and taken to the police station, where officers found additional suspected cocaine on one of the female occupants.
