Three Arrested in South Glens Falls Drug Bust

Khalil Danielson, Nicole Wray, Kevin Cottone face charges

South Glens Falls, N.Y. — Three individuals were arrested following a search warrant tied to an ongoing narcotics investigation in South Glens Falls, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported.

The Special Operations Team executed the warrant at 11:45 p.m. Sunday at a residence on Prospect Street, in coordination with the South Glens Falls Police Department. Authorities said the action came after a lengthy investigation into the possession and sale of illegal narcotics in the village.

Those arrested include:

Khalil Danielson, 45, of Brooklyn, NY

Nicole Wray, 49, of South Glens Falls, NY

Kevin Cottone, 37, of South Glens Falls, NY

Danielson faces four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, all class B felonies. Authorities say he knowingly possessed narcotics with intent to sell, possessed over half an ounce of a narcotic drug, and sold controlled substances unlawfully.

Wray and Cottone were each charged with criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (both class B felonies) and criminal nuisance in the first degree (class E felony). Officials say the pair knowingly possessed narcotics with intent to sell, possessed over half an ounce of narcotics, and maintained a premises for the illegal sale of drugs for personal benefit.

All three were arraigned before Moreau Town Court Judge Jeffrey B. McCabe. Danielson was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail, while Wray and Cottone were released to pretrial services pending further court proceedings.

The investigation was assisted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
