Three Arrested in Fairmont Drug Bust: Fentanyl, Meth Found

Eagle, Howell, and Menendez face felony drug charges

FAIRMONT, W.Va. —
Three individuals were arrested following a drug investigation in Fairmont, according to Marion County Sheriff Roger Cunningham.

Jessica Eagle (35), Jimmy Howell (40), and William Menendez (46) are charged with possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Deputies executed a search warrant at 909 Hawthorne Street after a lengthy investigation, discovering a total of 30.7 grams of fentanyl, meth, and heroin. Law enforcement also found packaging materials and digital scales throughout the residence.

All three suspects are currently held at the North Central Regional Jail. Bond has been set at $300,000 for Eagle and $100,000 each for Howell and Menendez.
