BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Three people have been arrested in connection with a late-night robbery at a Kimber Avenue business in January, Kern County Sheriff’s officials reported.

The incident occurred on January 4 at around 1 a.m. at a business in the 8200 block of Kimber Avenue. According to investigators, a man entered the business, brandished a firearm at employees, and demanded money before fleeing in a sedan with two accomplices.

Following a search warrant executed Wednesday in the 2100 block of Oakwood Drive, deputies arrested Dominic Galvan, 23; Edward Armendarez, 46; and Richard Hernandez, 40. All three face charges including robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, and participation in a criminal street gang, according to KCSO.

Inmate records indicate that Galvan was not listed as in custody as of Thursday. Armendarez and Hernandez are scheduled for a court appearance Friday afternoon.
