Dusi Police in Tiruvannamalai arrested three individuals on Thursday for allegedly murdering a 25-year-old wielder, K. Kabali, following a petty dispute over lending money.

The accused—K. Balaji (21), S. Babu (24), and V. Yuvaraj (27)—are residents of Abdullapuram village, near Cheyyar town. According to police, the incident occurred when the group was consuming liquor near a TASMAC outlet on the roadside. As Kabali was returning home, the accused allegedly stopped him and demanded money to buy more liquor. A confrontation ensued, resulting in the victim’s death.
