Three Accused in Rs 35 Lakh Immigration Scam

Rajwinder Singh Claims Fraud Over Canada Visa Promise

The police have registered a case against three individuals accused of cheating a man of Rs 35 lakh on the promise of sending him abroad.

Rajwinder Singh, a resident of Khanoda village, filed a complaint with the SSP, stating that Ranjeet Singh Sandhu, alias Rana, Mandeep Kaur Sandhu, and Balveer Singh, all from Lalwan village, had allegedly defrauded him by promising to send him to Canada.

Following the complaint, DSP Chabbewal investigated the matter on the orders of the SSP. After the inquiry, the Mehtiana police formally registered a case against the three accused. Authorities are continuing the investigation to trace the accused and recover the defrauded amount.
