GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) — A 30-year-old man is in custody after allegedly committing two thefts in Dunnellon on Sunday afternoon, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Tevin Staymate stole gardening tools from a landscaping crew working in the area. Shortly afterward, he reportedly went to the Walmart on North Williams Street and stole multiple pairs of sunglasses.
Staymate was apprehended and is currently being held at the Marion County Jail on a $9,000 bond.
