TAYLOR COUNTY, Texas — A 34-year-old man, Terry Keen, was arrested Wednesday in Taylor County on charges of child exploitation and drug-related offenses, officials reported.
The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office said Keen faces charges including Online Solicitation of a Minor and Sexual Performance of a Minor after allegedly attempting to meet with a minor for sexual activity.
In addition, Keen is charged with felony drug offenses, according to authorities.
